Cupcakes are easy and exciting to bake. Everyone loves to bake these tiny yet delicious goodies. Eat one good cupcake and you’re bound to have another. Although they are small and look easy to bake, things can go wrong.

Steps To Follow

Step 1

In a bowl combine and sift together cups all-purpose flour and baking powder and set aside.

Step 2

Mix butter and sugar for about 5 minutes

Step 03

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the batter and mix 3 to 5 minutes

Step 4

Add Salt (optional)

Step 5

Add half of dry ingredients, mix well 2-3 minutes and scrape the bowl. Add remaining half and mix well.

Step 6

Using an ice-cream scooper, scoop 2 scoops into baking cups. If you don’t have an ice-cream scooper, use a spoon to fill about 3/4 of the cupcake cups .

Step 7

Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
