Are stocking still in vogue? Yes they are! But I don’t have Christmas fabrics? Not to worry. Here’s an easy paper stocking that you, your family and a couple of friends will enjoy making. But I don’t have a chimney or a fireplace to display my stockings? Not to worry. Your family and friends won’t mind hanging them around their wrists. They are wonderful gift ideas so get ready to share your creative craft and design.

What you’ll need 

• Construction paper
• Glue
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Hole punch
• String or ribbon
• All sorts of decorative materials: paper, sequins, stickers, old Christmas greeting cards or gift wrap, bows, buttons, glitter glue, etc.

Each of these stockings comes together in well under a half hour from start to finish, you’ll be able to put together a Christmas paper stocking for each member of your family and even extras to give away.

Topiary is the art or practice of clipping shrubs or trees into ornamental shapes. It is simply one of my favorites. Don’t let the name scare you, this is a simple and fun activity for the whole family. You will use papers to whip up something beautiful and if you want to add a spin to it, there are plenty of opportunities.

What you’ll need

• Wine glasses
• Scrap paper 
• Masking Tape
• Colored papers like black and white paper 
• Fake berry garland  
• bias tape scraps
• Fresh Cranberries
• Tray
• Workspace

Paper Topiaries or Cone trees are hot & trendy for Christmas. You can make your very own with your choice  of fancy papers. Have fun!
